Hello and welcome to my “Catalyst Quotes” blog. My name is Alex Pena and I hope you enjoy the many quotes or stories that I have posted and that they inspire you and/or help you reflect on life.
For years I have been fascinated by and filed away many ‘words of wisdom’ or ‘inspirational quotes’ that others have said. Through the words of others, I reflect on the world around me and at times have used them to inspire me or ‘push’ me in my daily life. As I read the quotes and let them swish around in my mind, I think about how I could have used the meaning or words in my life and then think of the title of Robert Fulghum’s book, Words I Wish I Wrote.
Words are very powerful and can be used in a positive or negative way. Through this blog, I hope to convey inspirational or thought-provoking words to convey a positive message to you. As you will note in my posts, there may be a ‘theme’ in the post which may tie together the quotes or perhaps contradict each other. Nonetheless, read the quotes and see what message(s) come through to you.
Through this blog and, in some small way of helping, I’ve decided to share what I find inspirational or motivational from what others have said. As I said, words are very powerful; let’s use them wisely.
